All running levels welcome from beginner to advanced level.

We meet you at your hotel or an agreed upon meeting spot in the City, take you on the guided tour, and run you back to your hotel.

Dressmakers Run: 2.5 miles

Learn the history of Seattle, Pioneer Square, past Seattle Art Museum, Westlake shopping area, and Belltown.

Waterfront:  3.5 miles

The famed Pike Place market, the waterfront, Seattle Art Museum's outside scultpture park in Elliot Bay.  Run through Belltown, discover fantastic restaurants and night spots.

Westlake Run: 6.6 miles

Lake Union and the Westlake marina, Fremont shopping neighborhood, Fremont Bridge, Burke-Gilman trail, and Gas Works Park.

Seattle Tour:  5 miles

Seattle Center, the EMP, Space Needle, run up to the top of Queen Anne, and Kerry Park.

Capitol Hill:  6 miles

Seattle's hip district, view of Lake Washington, beautiful Volunteer Park, the conservatory and more!

Cost

All guided tours are $50.00 U.S. per person and every mile over 6 miles booked to run is an additional $5 dollars.  Price includes state and local taxes.  Group discounts for 4 or more. You receive a T-shirt and water when you run, and we donate five percent of profit  to Seattle Children's Hospital.

Click on email link to enquire about bookings.  Include the route and date you wish to run.  All emails will be returned within 24 hours. Bookings must be made within 48 hours of tour date, otherwise it may not be possible to accomodate you, and that would make us sad.
